Track your order's progress by visiting http://teespring.com/track and inputting your unique Order Number. Through our portal, you'll be able to track if your order has been printed and shipped – and we'll give you estimates for each step of the way.
NO ORDER NUMBER?
The Order Number is included in your confirmation email – which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website.
1) Double check your spam folder and other email accounts (especially if you ordered through PayPal).
2) You can have your Order Number re-sent by entering your email address on our Recovery page.
3) Click on the "Contact Us!" button below, we'll be happy to look up your order for you!
If you're still unable to find your order number go to https://teespring.com/track/recover and input the email you used to place your order. This will send you an email with your orders for the past 60 days.
ONCE YOUR ITEM SHIPS
*Unfortunately, once your order ships, tracking information is not available for orders fulfilled outside the US.
You can track your package's progress more closely through our shipping provider USPS.
To track an order on the USPS site, you will need the USPS tracking information for your package which we email to you. This email will be titled "Your Teespring Order is on the way."
In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask if you can reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item may have prematurely been scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then please do not hesitate to contact us.
